Cakes

I have sculpted the millennium falcon from chocolate cake and Labradors out of vanilla sponge. I’ve done cars, lorries, boats and bikes. I have created beautiful, elegant wedding cakes and super cool Brighton-themed cakes too. There have been hundreds over the years and here are some of my favourites.

I may have decided to leave the cakes behind but it’s truly hard to give up something you have loved since you were a little girl! So, I am still taking on some cake commissions if and when time allows.
